The city of Amsterdam invested in more than 150.000 m² building transformation projects in the last years. These buildings have been transformed into apartments, hotels and other real estates.
STORY
The building of the newspapers Het Parool and Trouw, that once has been a location for newspapers editorial/production, is now transformed into a vibrant hub for students, travelers, expats & young entrepreneurs to connect, converse, create and relax.
ANIMATION
The short animation tells the story of the building transformation from a newspaper production location to the Student Hotel, using a colorful palette and a collection of geometric illustrations.
