Werkom

Werkom is the employment development organization for the municipalities of Purmerend and Zaanstad, helping people in vulnerable labor market positions find sustainable work. In collaboration with employers, municipalities, and social organizations, Werkom creates connections where supply and demand don’t naturally align, offering training, development programs, and sheltered work opportunities to support individual growth and inclusion.

For this project, a clear and well-structured informational folder about the Participatiewet (Participation Act) was designed, aligned with Werkom’s existing brand identity. The layout prioritizes readability and clarity, making complex information accessible and easy to navigate. Thoughtful use of typography, color, and structure ensures that the folder serves as an effective communication tool for job seekers, employers, and partner organizations alike.
